A blue paisley blazer in rayon ƒ?? the teardrop motif you know as paisley began as the boteh, and it reached its finest expression in the Kashmiri shawls of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. It's called paisley in English only because the mills of Paisley, Scotland, spent the nineteenth century copying those shawls. Wearing it on an Indian-made jacket is closer to the original than the name suggests.
On blue, the motif reads as detail rather than decoration. From a distance the jacket is simply a blue blazer; up close there's a pattern with four hundred years behind it. That's what makes it wearable at work in a way a bold print isn't.
Rayon is the reason it's comfortable. It's light, it drapes rather than holding itself stiffly, and it breathes ƒ?? which matters in a jacket you'll keep on from a morning meeting through to the evening.
